Comme vous le savez, notre assemblée générale annuelle aura lieu le 24 avril prochain à compter de 9 h 30 en visioconférence.

Voici l’ordre du jour proposé, le projet de modification des statuts et règlements (les changements proposés sont surlignés en jaune), le bilan et les états financiers au 31 décembre 2020, le budget adopté par le conseil syndical et le procès-verbal de l’assemblée du 3 octobre 2020.

Si vous souhaitez proposer des modifications aux statuts et règlements, vous devez les faire parvenir au plus tard le 15 avril à isabelle.montpetit@scrc.qc.ca.

Pour participer à l’assemblée générale, vous devez avoir signé votre carte de membre du syndicat. Si vous ne l’avez pas encore signée, vous avez reçu un courriel le 7 avril dernier intitulé Votre statut : non en règle. Vous avez jusqu’au 22 avril à midi pour signer votre carte et pouvoir participer à l’assemblée. 

Si vous avez signé votre carte, vous avez reçu le 7 avril un courriel intitulé Votre statut : en règle. Vous recevrez pendant la semaine du 19 avril les instructions pour vous inscrire à l’assemblée générale et les détails du fonctionnement sur Zoom. Pour pouvoir participer à l’assemblée vous devrez vous inscrire au plus tard le 22 avril à 17 h.

L’assemblée sera l’occasion de discuter de plusieurs sujets qui nous préoccupent tous. Nous espérons que nous y serons nombreux!

Getting ready for our general assembly

Hello everyone,

As you know, our annual general assembly will take place on April 24 as of 9:30 am via videoconference.

Here is the proposed agenda, the draft amendment to the statutes and regulations (the proposed changes are highlighted in yellow), the balance sheet and financial statements as of December 31, 2020, the budget adopted by the union council and the minutes of the meeting of October 3, 2020.

If you wish to propose changes to the statutes and by-laws, you must send them no later than April 15 to isabelle.montpetit@scrc.qc.ca.

To participate in the general assembly, you must have signed your union membership card. If you haven’t signed it yet, you received an email on April 7th entitled “Votre statut : non en règle” (Your Status: Not in Good Standing). You have until April 22 at noon to sign your card in order to participate in the meeting. 

If you signed your card, on April 7 you received an email titled “Votre statut : en règle”  (Your Status: In Good Standing). During the week of April 19, you will receive instructions on how to register for the General Assembly and details on how to use Zoom. To be able to participate in the meeting, you must register no later than by April 22, 5 p.m.

The assembly will be an opportunity to discuss several subjects that concern us all. We hope many of us will attend!
